This is a fantastic role for an experienced finance professional who is passionate about numbers, operational excellence, and driving business success through effective financial management and insight. The Role
As Financial Controller, you will play a key role in overseeing the financial health of the business and supporting strategic decision-making at all levels. You will be responsible for managing reporting cycles, improving financial systems and providing accurate analysis to drive performance.
DAY TO DAY:
- Managing monthly and annual financial reporting cycles
- Conducting contract and project reviews to support performance and profitability
- Overseeing cash flow, working capital, and financial risk management
- Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Providing financial insights and analysis to departmental managers
- Driving continuous improvement across financial systems and controls
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- A proactive and detail-driven individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA (or equivalent) qualification
- 15 years experience in a senior finance role (ideally within FM, construction, or engineering)
- Strong analytical, communication, and IT skills
- Experience with financial software and reporting tools
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
