This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, hands-on leader who enjoys driving performance, developing people, and delivering an outstanding customer experience within a retail or service-led environment.
Day to Day: As Store Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day performance and operations of the site. You’ll lead from the front, motivating and coaching your team to achieve both sales and service targets while ensuring the smooth running of the branch at all times.
