They are seeking a confident and capable Property Manager to join their expanding team.

We would love to hear from a self-motivated and driven individual with experience in lettings or property management, who is keen to continue developing their career.

You will need your own vehicle for this role.

On-site parking is available.

DAY TO DAY: Manage a portfolio of approximately 150 properties Act as the first point of contact for tenants and landlords Coordinate maintenance works and liaise with contractors Handle deposit returns and negotiate end-of-tenancy issues Conduct property check-outs and inspections Ensure legal compliance and manage invoices and bills WHAT WE\’D LOVE TO SEE: Previous property management experience (student lettings experience is a plus) Highly organised with excellent time management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to remain calm under pressure and take initiative Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential(mileage paid) AND IN xsabvtc RETURN: Salary up to £30,000 (depending on experience) 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Performance-related bonus Company pension scheme Private medical insurance Sick pay Casual dress code and company events Cycle to work scheme Free on-site parking If you are ready to take the next step in your property career and join a supportive, forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you!
