Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Property Inspection Clerk to carry out routine property inspections and inventories for our managed portfolio. The role involves visiting residential properties, recording their condition, taking photographs, and compiling accurate reports to assist with tenancy management and compliance.

DAY TO DAY:

  • Conduct mid-term property inspections, check-in/check-out reports, and inventories across a portfolio of residential properties.
  • Record the condition and cleanliness of properties, fixtures, and furnishings.
  • Take clear, comprehensive photographs to support written inspection reports.
  • Highlight any issues such as damage, maintenance concerns, or breaches of tenancy agreement.
  • Liaise with tenants, landlords, and property managers in a professional manner.
  • Upload inspection reports to internal systems and ensure timely documentation.
  • Ensure reports meet legal standards and company quality expectations.
  • Maintain a schedule of inspections and coordinate access with tenants and contractors.
  • Assist with key handling and distribution where required.
