Are you looking to work in the property industry? Do you have fantastic customer service experience and strong administrative skills? Juice is delighted to be partnering exclusively with a boutique property company in their search for a Property Coordinator. This well-established and friendly team is looking for someone to join them on a 6–9 month contract.
You will be quick to pick up new systems and processes, confident liaising with a range of stakeholders, and able to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. With hands-on training and support, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong transferable skills and a genuine interest in building a career within the property sector. You will need to have access to your own vehicle as there is a requirement to do visits and travel to another office.
DAY TO DAY –
- Acting as the first point of contact via phone, email, and online enquiries
- Qualifying applicants and ensuring all systems are accurately updated
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Managing and uploading property listings across internal and external platforms
- Carrying out Right to Rent and reference checks
- Supporting the wider team with general administration, including maintenance requests and property inspections
