As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties, ensuring they are maintained to a high standard while delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants.
DAY TO DAY:
- Managing a portfolio of properties on behalf of landlords
- Acting as the main point of contact for tenants and clients
- Coordinating maintenance, repairs, and property inspections
- Liaising with contractors and service providers
- Ensuring compliance with current property legislation and regulations
- Managing tenancy agreements, renewals, and rent collections
- Handling tenant queries, issues, and dispute resolution
- Conducting regular property visits and producing reports
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Previous experience in the property sector
- Looking for a step up into a property management position
- A full driving license and access to a vehicle
Monday - Friday 9-5:30PM 1 in every 4 weekends 9-1pm (Saturdays)
