Are you looking to kickstart your career in property? Do you have excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? Juice is delighted to be supporting a leading property company in Bath in their search for a Property Administrator to join their expanding team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for tenants, confidently managing a wide range of queries relating to both current and upcoming tenancies. We welcome applications from candidates with varying levels of experience. The key to success in this role is a positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for the property industry.
DAY TO DAY
- Arrange move-ins and move-outs
- Managing deposit registrations and returns
- Renew tenancy agreements and update deposit schemes
- Check and pay service charges and ground rent invoices
- Check utility bills and ensure any outstanding invoices are paid
- Arrange inspections of properties
- Updating tenant information
- Chasing maintenance to ensure work has been completed ahead of move-ins
WHAT WE'D LOVE TO SEE

- Outstanding organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise workload
- IT literate with good proficiency in Microsoft packages
