Are you a confident and experienced Bookkeeper? Are you immediately available and looking for a new long term part-time opportunity? This is a contract to the end of the year with potential extension. Juice is partnering exclusively with our client in central Bath to find a brilliant Part time bookkeeper. This opportunity will be perfect for someone who is hungry to work in the charity sector and use their finance skills for good. This role is a part time role, available either 20 or 21 hours a week depending how days are spread, must include a Thursday.
DAY TO DAY:
- Purchase ledger management, processing invoices, processing awards etc.
- Assisting Senior Bookkeeper with raising Monthly, quarterly and adhoc sales invoices.
- Bank reconciliations of several accounts.
- Credit card reconciliations.
- Preparing management accounts for key arm of the business including checking expenditure reports.
- Support wider finance function as needed.
ALL ABOUT YOU:
- AAT qualified or other financial qualification ideal but not essential.
- Demonstrable bookkeeping experience.
- Excellent Excel skills (including v-lookups and pivot tables).
- Proficient in Outlook, Teams, and Word.
- Confident in asking for help from colleagues when it's needed.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
