Job Description
Do you have a background in Mortgage Advice and a CeMap qualification? Do you enjoy working with autonomy and flexibility? We are actively recruiting for experienced advisers to join a busy brokerages with ample leads to convert.
You will benefit from having a regular and large supply of leads from lapsed or orphaned clients, 3rd parties such as estate agents, accountants, solicitors and property developers. You will be able to offer advice based on whole of market products and will have access to sources not available through regular high street providers.
The role is primarily phone based.
DAY to DAY:
Discuss financial situations, goals and needs, explain all options and repayment vehicles,
Assess and gather information, including full payment history,
Research market for suitable products
Maintain up to date market knowledge to provide best outcome & recommend products
Liaise with and update 3rd parties
Process applications and maintain electronic files for compliance
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
CeMap qualification and 18 – 24 months experience in an advisory capacity
A tenacious approach and desire to meet targets
Good negotiation skills and ability to build relationships quickly
Profession standards of communication
An ability to act unsupervised
