Day To Day:
Reporting into the facilities team, you’ll be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial buildings, including storage facilities, office spaces and retail locations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Carrying out general building repairs including roofing and cladding
- Plumbing and fault finding
- Joinery, tiling, painting and decorating
- Carpeting, paving and drainage works
- Grounds maintenance, site clearance
