Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a growing and ambitious property-led organisation in their search for a Construction Project Manager to join their team in Lincoln.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded construction professional to play a pivotal role in delivering a diverse portfolio of projects, including new build developments, refurbishment schemes, and mixed-use property projects. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you'll have the autonomy to manage projects end-to-end while contributing to the continued growth of a successful and expanding business.
The Role
As Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing projects from inception through to completion
- Coordinating internal teams, consultants, suppliers, and contractors
- Developing project scopes, programmes, and budgets
- Ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within agreed financial parameters
- Monitoring project performance and reporting progress to senior stakeholders
- Managing changes to scope, timelines, and costs effectively
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors and third-party suppliers
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards
About You
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Proven experience within construction project management
- A successful track record delivering new build, fit-out, refurbishment, or development projects
- Experience managing projects from cradle to grave
- Knowledge of steel portal frame construction would be highly advantageous
- Strong commercial awareness and budget management skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Experience using project management software such as Monday.com or similar platforms
- Quantity Surveying knowledge or RICS qualifications would be beneficial, though not essential
