Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with an independent residential lettings and property management company in Bristol, with the appointment of a Lettings Negotiator to join their social team. You will play a key role in helping tenants find their perfect home. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for property, strong sales skills, and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling enquiries from prospective tenants via phone, email, and in-person
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating rental agreements between landlords and tenants
- Managing applications and tenancy paperwork
- Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Keeping up to date with market trends and changes in lettings legislation
- Updating and maintaining property listings on CRM systems and portals
- Supporting the wider lettings team as required
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in a lettings negotiator or similar sales role (preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Target-driven mindset with a proactive approach to work
