DAY TO DAY
- Managing the tenancy reassignment process from notice through to new tenancy agreements
- Liaising with tenants, landlords, and applicants throughout the reassignment process
- Advertising available rooms and reassignment opportunities across social media platforms
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Producing contracts, AST agreements, and guarantor documentation
- Ensuring all records and compliance documents are accurate and up to date
- Supporting with deposit protection, deposit returns, and Right to Rent processes
- Handling telephone and face-to-face enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Assisting with general office administration duties within the lettings team
