Juice Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a fantastic organisation based in the Cheltenham area with their search for an Experienced Legal Secretary to join their team.
Skills Required:
- Actively assist the senior conveyancing lawyer in progressing matters from initiation to completion.
- Play a key role in liaising with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders in property transactions.
- Ensure matter files remain current and updated.
- Interpret and draft legal correspondences and forms as required during transactions.
- Oversee the completion of all related administrative tasks.
Experience Required:
- Previous legal secretary or previous legal experience would be desirable.
- Familiarity with legal documents and terminology is preferred.
- Working knowledge of litigation management software systems.
- Ability to type with a speed of at least 50 wpm with high accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
- Able to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Superior written and oral communication skills.
