Job Description

Juice Recruitment is excited to be working in partnership with a purpose-led, professional services firm, entering an exciting phase of growth. Over the next few years, the company plan to significantly expand both their headcount and impact. They’re committed to building a high-performing, values-driven culture – with people at the heart of that.

You will be leading recruitment and coordinating people development across the business. This is a strategic, flexible position responsible for building and delivering their talent function. The role is ideal for someone looking for meaningful, part-time leadership work within a collaborative and values-aligned organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across roles and teams
  • Develop effective sourcing, selection, and onboarding policies
  • Shape and strengthen the company brand
  • Design and execute recruitment strategies aligned with headcount growth plans

Learning & Development

  • Build a structured approach to onboarding, training, and continuous learning
  • Develop frameworks for capability-building across delivery, support & leadership teams
  • Monitor and support employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Be a cultural custodian, ensuring new hires and initiatives align with their values

People Strategy

  • Work with leadership to align people initiatives with growth plans
  • Contribute to the development of people processes and culture
  • Maintain best practices in a scaling environment

About You:

  • Degree qualified or strong A Levels, with CIPD qualification.
  • 8-10 years’ experience in talent acquisition and people development.
  • Background in professional services or fast-paced, high-performance environments.

  • 3 days per week or part time hours spread across 5 days.
  • Very flexible hybrid working model.
