Based in the South West and with exciting expansion plans over the next 2-5 years, this is a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious finance professional to shape the financial function of a fast-paced and rapidly scaling business.
The Role
This newly created position will report directly to the Director and be responsible for a broad range of strategic and operational finance activities. You’ll play a critical role in driving business performance, providing financial insight, and ensuring a robust framework is in place to support growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day financial operations across the business
- Deliver insight and analysis to support key business decisions
- Own the financial planning cycle, including budgeting and forecasting
- Oversee cashflow and working capital management with clear, proactive forecasting
- Enhance and automate back-office processes and controls

Experience Required
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or finalist level)
- Previous experience in a similar Financial Controller or Senior Finance role
- Full driving licence and access to a car due to office location
