Juice Recruitment is proud to be working with a fantastic organisation as they look to recruit an Enterprise Desktop Support Engineer / Analyst for an exciting short-term project. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a supportive Infrastructure Team and play a key role in delivering essential IT upgrades and desktop support across a hybrid working environment.

The Role:

  • Provide 2nd line desktop support and technical troubleshooting
  • Build, configure, and upgrade Windows-based systems (Windows 10/11)
  • Support the deployment of operating systems both in person and remotely
  • Assist with endpoint imaging and infrastructure rollouts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of infrastructure projects
  • Occasionally travel to service sites across England and North Wales

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience with Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Group Policy
  • Knowledge of endpoint deployment tools (ideally ManageEngine Endpoint Central)
  • Comfortable with both remote and on-site support
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required (essential)
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and team collaboration skills

Job Details:

  • Start date: ASAP
  • Duration: 3 months, with potential to extend
  • Hours: 37.5 per week (core hours 10am-3pm)
  • Working pattern: Hybrid - 2 days per week in the Bristol (Emersons Green) office
  • Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience
