Juice Recruitment is proud to be working with a fantastic organisation as they look to recruit an Enterprise Desktop Support Engineer / Analyst for an exciting short-term project. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a supportive Infrastructure Team and play a key role in delivering essential IT upgrades and desktop support across a hybrid working environment.
The Role:
- Provide 2nd line desktop support and technical troubleshooting
- Build, configure, and upgrade Windows-based systems (Windows 10/11)
- Support the deployment of operating systems both in person and remotely
- Assist with endpoint imaging and infrastructure rollouts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of infrastructure projects
- Occasionally travel to service sites across England and North Wales
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Group Policy
- Knowledge of endpoint deployment tools (ideally ManageEngine Endpoint Central)
- Comfortable with both remote and on-site support
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required (essential)
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and team collaboration skills
Job Details:
- Start date: ASAP
- Duration: 3 months, with potential to extend
- Hours: 37.5 per week (core hours 10am-3pm)
- Working pattern: Hybrid - 2 days per week in the Bristol (Emersons Green) office
- Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience
