Working as part of a busy and supportive team, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed efficiently while providing exceptional customer service throughout the order lifecycle.
DAY TO DAY Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently from receipt through to completion.
Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via telephone and email.
Providing customers with updates regarding new and repeat orders, lead times, and deliveries.
Liaising with internal departments including design, production, logistics, and sales to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Managing customer records and maintaining accurate information within internal systems.
Raising order for new parts and update product list.
