DAY TO DAY:

  • Preparing and issuing standard leasehold information packs
  • Managing lease assignment transactions from start to finish
  • Drafting and organising correspondence and documentation
  • Ensuring compliance with AML regulations and internal protocols
  • Using case management systems to keep things running smoothly
  • Supporting the wider New Homes team where needed

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

  • Previous experience in a paralegal or legal assistant role (real estate/conveyancing preferred)
  • Solid understanding of leasehold transactions
  • Awareness of compliance and AML regulations
  • Fantastic communication skills and strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
