About the Role:
As a Luxury Retail Assistant, youll play a key role in creating a welcoming, personalised shopping experience. From offering expert product knowledge to assisting with styling and clienteling, you will represent the brands values of elegance, sophistication, and outstanding service.

DAY TO DAY:

• Provide first-class customer service to all clients.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business.
• Offer in-depth product knowledge and styling advice.
• Maintain impeccable store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
• Support with stock management and administrative duties as required.
