Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-established and fast-growing organisation within the property and facilities sector with the appointment of an experienced Electrician. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified electrician looking for a stable, weekday-only role with variety, autonomy, and long-term progression within a national business.
Day To Day:
You will be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a portfolio of commercial sites, including storage facilities, office buildings and retail locations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Carrying out routine inspections, testing and reactive electrical repairs
- Diagnosing faults and completing repairs safely and efficiently
- Working in line with health & safety regulations, Permit to Work systems and company procedures
- Maintaining clean, safe and compliant working environments
- Accurately recording completed work and associated costs using internal IT systems
- Managing your own workload to meet agreed KPIs and SLAs
- Liaising professionally with colleagues and site contacts to minimise disruption
What We Would Love To See:
This role would suit a proactive and reliable electrician with a strong maintenance background and a flexible approach to regional travel. You’ll ideally have:
- A completed electrical apprenticeship
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- A strong understanding of health & safety and risk assessments
- Confidence working independently across multiple sites
- Good IT skills to log work and maintain records
- A full UK driving licence
- Additional certifications such as IPAF, CSCS, roofing or cladding experience are desirable but not essential.
