Juice Recruitment is excited to be working in partnership with a well-established and trusted organisation, with the appointment of a Compliance Administrator to join their wonderful team. This business is going through such an exciting period of growth in the new year and have also just moved into brand new, modern offices in Central Bristol, offering a roof terrace, gym facilities and onsite café. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration and customer service skills to develop within a fast-paced professional environment.

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Onboarding new clients and supporting the full setup process
  • Preparing, administering, and reviewing employment and supplier contracts
  • Handling customer queries via phone, email, and online chat
  • Processing compliance checks, including ID verification and Right to Work checks
  • Responding to and advising on HR, employment law, contract, and compliance-related queries
  • Supporting wider compliance processes, reporting, and audits (including Data Protection, Anti-Money Laundering, Employment Rights, HMRC)
  • Maintaining accurate client and business records within CRM and payroll systems

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

  • 1-2 years office support, compliance or administration experience.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
  • A professional manner when handling sensitive information

AND FOR YOU:

  • Hybrid working available following probation (3 office / 2 home)
  • Monday Friday, 37.5 hours per week
  • 22 days holiday, increasing to 25 days with service
  • Friendly and supportive team environment
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities
