Juice is proud to be working with a well know education facility in their search for a Receptionist/Business Support Coordinator.
Our client has an incredible local reputation and this role will combine strong administration and fantastic interpersonal skills.
This is a term-time only role and with onsite parking.
DAY TO DAY Answer phone calls and support with queries, directing to relevant departments where appropriate.
To welcome visitors, parents, pupils and ensure that all safety protocols are followed.
Manage administrative support for wider school, including diary management, data entry.
Handle incoming and outgoing post.
Occasionally organise trips, including transportation, room bookings and refreshments.
Support internal and external communications, including newsletters, notices, and promotional materials.
ALL ABOUT YOU Proven administration experience.
Ideally knowledge of SIMS system.
Professional dementor.
Confident multi tasker.
Have had an Enhanced DBS or has a DBS on the update service.
Due to location a driver is preferred.
