Are you keen to pursue a career in Financial Services? Or have you already worked within Pensions, Investments, Banking? We are actively recruiting into a business with a strong reputation for providing a quality service across all levels of wealth management.
You would be joining a team of established advisers who are committed to providing high standards and maintaining high service standards. You will play a key role in supporting advisers, paraplanners and will have regular communication with 3rd party providers and clients. We'd welcome candidates returning from a career break or those starting out and pursuing an ambitious journey.
DAY TO DAY:
- Acting as key point of contact for advisers, over phone and email, relaying information accurately and efficiently
- Communicating with product providers on behalf of clients
- Sending out application forms for clients to sign and return
- Updating CRM databases with key information
- Creating and sending letters of authority
- Gathering data from providers to support product reviews
- Assisting advisers with admin tasks including filing
- Scanning documents into client files
- Assisting with diary management
- Welcoming guests into meetings
