DAY TO DAY You'll be responsible for supporting the smooth running of the finance function, including: Processing supplier invoices accurately and preparing payment runs.
Reconciling supplier statements and resolving invoice queries.
Raising client invoices promptly and accurately.
Monitoring outstanding debt and professionally chasing overdue payments.
Maintaining accurate financial records using accounting software such as Quick Books.
Assisting with bank reconciliations, journals and month-end processes.
