Juice Recruitment is supporting a forward thinking professional services firm seeking an Accounts Assistant to join its friendly and supportive finance team. DAY TO DAY:

  • Processing payments and receipts through client accounts
  • Managing transactions using online banking systems
  • Completing bank reconciliations accurately and efficiently
  • Supporting colleagues with accounting related queries
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting regulations and procedures
  • Liaising with banking providers regarding account queries
  • Resolving supplier payment issues and discrepancies
  • Supporting the Accounts Manager with day-to-day finance activities
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
