Juice Recruitment is supporting a successful and growing business as they search for Customer Service Specialist to join their customer service team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established business with an enviable reputation for quality and service. You’ll work closely with a loyal portfolio of professional customers, building strong relationships and ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards of the business.

DAY TO DAY

• Build strong, long-standing relationships with B2B customers via phone and email.
• Understand individual customer requirements and provide knowledgeable, tailored solutions.
• Handle enquiries relating to pricing, availability, delivery and bespoke requirements.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to investigate and resolve more complex queries.
• Manage multiple enquiries across several systems while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Develop a strong knowledge of the company's extensive product range and services.
• Use initiative, sound judgement and problem-solving skills to resolve challenges.
• Ensure every customer receives a professional, knowledgeable and consistently high level of service.

WHAT WE'D LOVE TO SEE

• Previous customer service experience, ideally within a premium, quality-led products in a B2B environment is key.
• A natural relationship builder who genuinely enjoys delivering excellent service.
• Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in writing.
• A polished, professional and personable approach.
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to getting things right.
• A confident problem-solver who can use initiative when faced with unfamiliar challenges.
• Comfortable working across multiple systems and managing competing priorities.
• Curious, adaptable and quick to learn new products, processes and systems.

IN RETURN

• £32,000–£37,000 depending on experience.
• Up to 10% annual bonus.
• 33 days' holiday, including bank holidays.
• Hybrid working, with up to two days from home following successful completion of training.
