Sommelier
Are you Passionate about the wonderful world of wine and hospitality?
We have an amazing opportunity for smart and passionate individuals seeking to grow a career within the sommelier team within our clients amazing 5* hotel located in the New Forest.
This is a role for someone who has looked in to WSET and wants to progress within the wine industry. You must be motivated to further your knowledge in wine, food, and hospitality. No experience is required but an enthusiasm to learn and an ambition to grow is a must. As part of our clients food and beverage team you will be working in a relaxed, approachable atmosphere with stylish surroundings serving high quality wines to our guests. This venue offer an extensive list of over 650 wines to guests, with wines across the world and locally.
As part of a team of 4 This position is naturally guest focused with good communication, attention to detail and presentation needed to ensure our guests have memorable experiences.
