Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Spa Therapist to provide high-quality treatments to our guests. You will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for excellence, delivering personalized services, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body therapies, to the highest standards.
- Ensure a warm, professional, and welcoming experience for all guests.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked treatment environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new techniques to enhance service offerings.
- Collaborate with the spa team to deliver seamless guest experiences.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience as a spa therapist, with strong skills in a variety of treatments.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexibly across a 5-day schedule, including weekends, with shifts between 08:30 and 19:30.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
