The Role
Working alongside experienced pastry chefs, you will assist in the preparation and presentation of a wide range of desserts, pastries, breads, afternoon tea items, and special occasion creations served throughout the hotel.
Responsibilities include:

Assisting with the preparation of pastries, desserts, breads and petits fours

Maintaining exceptional standards of food quality and presentation

Ensuring all food hygiene and health & safety standards are met

Supporting the pastry team during service

Learning and developing new techniques and skills within a luxury environment

Maintaining a clean and organised workstation
About You

Previous experience within a professional kitchen is desirable

A genuine passion for pastry and baking

Eagerness to learn and develop your culinary skills
