We’re seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Assistant to join our clients award-winning luxury restaurant team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll deliver exceptional guest experiences in our fine dining restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm, attentive table service with a focus on product knowledge
  • Assist with mise-en-place, polishing, and maintaining impeccable presentation standards
  • Support lunch and dinner services
  • Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless operations

About You:

  • Previous experience in a quality restaurant or hotel environment (essential)
  • Excellent communication and a genuine love for hospitality
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented setting
  • WSET or whisky knowledge is a bonus but not required—full training provided
  • Flexible to work split shifts, weekends, and evenings
