About the Role

We are recruiting for both a Chef de Partie and a Senior Pastry Chef de Partie to join a world-class kitchen team in a renowned, high-standard dining environment. This is a unique opportunity to work across two exceptional concepts, gaining exposure to both classic and innovative cuisine at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Chef de Partie (CDP):
    • Run and manage your own section during service
    • Prepare and present dishes to an exceptional standard
    • Support senior chefs in delivering high-quality service
    • Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards
    • Assist with stock control and minimising waste
  • Senior Pastry Chef de Partie:
    • Take ownership of pastry preparation and service
    • Deliver refined desserts with precision and creativity
    • Support development of new pastry dishes and menus
    • Maintain consistency and attention to detail at all times
    • Mentor junior pastry chefs and contribute to team development

  • Proven experience at CDP level (or strong Demi/CDP ready to step up)
  • For pastry role: strong background in high-quality pastry or dessert kitchens
  • Passion for seasonal ingredients, technique, and presentation
