What a fabulous opportunity, if 360 panoramic coastal views in a smaller but luxurious coastal hotel on the sunny island of Guernsey sounds like your cup of tea then read on. This role is a permanent full time position where due to natural development of the present person in the role we are recruiting for their replacement.
Our new receptionist will be the first port of call literally speaking for most of our arrivals. The venue is located within a few minutes of the busy area of St Peter Port. You will be meeting our new arrivals, pointing them in the right direction, checking in/out and offering concierge advice.
As Head Receptionist you'll take on supervisory responsibility for your department, this means looking after the junior members of the reception team, handling complaints and queries that may crop up and ensuring that tills/cash and reservations are audited.
This role is offered with available accommodation within walking distance of the hotel, a generous salary and great work life opportunity.
