Are you an experienced Head Chef with a passion for authentic Asian cuisine? We are seeking a talented culinary leader to head up a busy Asian restaurant within a prestigious luxury resort.

The Role
As Head Chef, you will take full ownership of the kitchen, leading all aspects of food production while maintaining the highest standards of quality, consistency and profitability.
Responsibilities

Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing kitchen brigade.

Design and develop innovative Asian-inspired menus.

Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation.

Manage food GP, stock control and ordering.

Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations.

Recruit, train and mentor junior chefs.

Work closely with senior management to drive the restaurant's success.
About You

Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef within a high-quality Asian restaurant.

Strong knowledge of Asian cuisines, techniques and ingredients.

Excellent leadership and team development skills.

Commercially aware with strong kitchen management experience.

Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
