Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic F&B Assistant / Waiting on Person to join our Food & Beverage team. In this role, you will ensure our guests receive outstanding service and have an exceptional dining experience. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing excellent customer service in our restaurant and bar areas
• Taking orders and serving food and beverages
• Ensuring the dining area is clean and well-presented
• Assisting with the preparation of the dining area for service
• Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
• Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service

Qualifications:

• Experience: Must have 1-2 years of experience in similar roles within the hospitality industry.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a team player.
• Attributes: Positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
