This opportunity would suit a chef with experience at Chef de Partie level who enjoys taking responsibility for their section and takes pride in consistently well-prepared food. An interest in Italian food would be advantageous
Your responsibilities
- Organise preparation and run your section during service.
- Prepare, cook and present dishes to the kitchen’s standards.
- Work closely with the senior chefs and wider kitchen team.
- Maintain food hygiene, allergen awareness and safe working practices.
- Manage stock rotation and help minimise food waste.
