We are an award-winning catering company specialising in high-end bespoke events — think stunning weddings, milestone celebrations, corporate functions, garden parties, fine dining experiences, and more. We pride ourselves on using the finest seasonal, responsibly sourced local produce, creating tempting, creative dishes with flawless execution and outstanding service.

We\’re now looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our talented kitchen brigade and support the Head Chef in delivering excellence across a wide variety of events.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef (or strong Chef de Partie ready for the next step) in high-quality kitchens — event catering, fine dining, Michelin-level restaurants, or premium hospitality preferred
  • Strong all-round culinary skills with a passion for seasonal, locally sourced ingredients
  • Ability to manage sections, support junior chefs, and maintain consistency under pressure
  • Creative flair combined with excellent attention to detail and presentation
  • Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and cost control
  • Flexible, positive team player who thrives in a varied, fast-paced environment
  • Full driving licence preferred (due to our rural production kitchen location)
