Job Description: We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their stay is enjoyable and hassle-free. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming and checking in guests
  • Managing reservations and room allocations
  • Handling guest inquiries and providing information about the hotel and local attractions
  • Coordinating with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest requests
  • Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
  • Resolving any guest issues promptly and efficiently

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hotel reception experience is required.
