Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the hotel operations during the night, ensuring a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
• Manage the night team, ensuring effective communication and coordination across departments.
• Conduct regular checks throughout the property to maintain safety and security standards.
• Assist with front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs.
• Handle any emergencies or issues that may arise during the night shift with professionalism and composure.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Must hold a valid driving license and be able to drive.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
