The Role

Working alongside experienced pastry chefs, you will assist in the preparation and presentation of a wide range of desserts, pastries, breads, afternoon tea items, and special occasion creations served throughout the hotel. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the preparation of pastries, desserts, breads and petits fours
  • Maintaining exceptional standards of food quality and presentation
