About the Role
We are recruiting for both a Chef de Partie and a Senior Pastry Chef de Partie to join a world-class kitchen team in a renowned, high-standard dining environment. This is a unique opportunity to work across two exceptional concepts, gaining exposure to both classic and innovative cuisine at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities
- Chef de Partie (CDP):
- Run and manage your own section during service
- Prepare and present dishes to an exceptional standard
- Support senior chefs in delivering high-quality service
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards
- Assist with stock control and minimising waste
- Senior Pastry Chef de Partie:
- Take ownership of pastry preparation and service
- Deliver refined desserts with precision and creativity
- Support development of new pastry dishes and menus
- Maintain consistency and attention to detail at all times
- Mentor junior pastry chefs and contribute to team development

- Proven experience at CDP level (or strong Demi/CDP ready to step up)
- For pastry role: strong background in high-quality pastry or dessert kitchens
- Passion for seasonal ingredients, technique, and presentation
