The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Kitchen Porter to support our busy kitchen team. As a vital part of our back-of-house operations, you will ensure the kitchen runs smoothly by maintaining cleanliness and assisting with essential tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Washing and sanitizing dishes, cookware, and utensils to maintain high hygiene standards.
- Keeping the kitchen, storage areas, and equipment clean and organized.
- Assisting with basic food preparation tasks under the guidance of our chefs.
- Supporting the team with stock rotation and deliveries.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborating with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service.
What We’re Looking For
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Previous experience as a kitchen porter or in a similar role is a plus but not essential – full training will be provided.
