The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Kitchen Porter to support our busy kitchen team. As a vital part of our back-of-house operations, you will ensure the kitchen runs smoothly by maintaining cleanliness and assisting with essential tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Washing and sanitizing dishes, cookware, and utensils to maintain high hygiene standards.
• Keeping the kitchen, storage areas, and equipment clean and organized.
• Assisting with basic food preparation tasks under the guidance of our chefs.
• Supporting the team with stock rotation and deliveries.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborating with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service.

What We’re Looking For

• A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Previous experience as a kitchen porter or in a similar role is a plus but not essential – full training will be provided.
• Passion for hospitality and a desire to contribute to a world-class dining experience.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
