• Schedule staff shifts and assign daily tasks efficiently.

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping or supervisory experience in a hotel or similar environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards in housekeeping.
