The Role

  • Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing kitchen brigade.
  • Design and develop innovative Asian-inspired menus.
  • Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation.
  • Manage food GP, stock control and ordering.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Recruit, train and mentor junior chefs.
  • Work closely with senior management to drive the restaurant's success.

About You

  • Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef within a high-quality Asian restaurant.
  • Strong knowledge of Asian cuisines, techniques and ingredients.
  • Excellent leadership and team development skills.
  • Commercially aware with strong kitchen management experience.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Calm under pressure with outstanding organisational skills.
