Join Our Team

Set in a beautiful historic country house setting just outside Inverness, we pride ourselves on warm Highland hospitality, exceptional food, and creating memorable experiences for our guests. We are currently looking for a friendly, professional, and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Assistant / Front of House team member to join us on an initial 6-month contract, with the potential to extend for a further 6 months for the right candidate.

The Role

As part of our front of house team, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service across our restaurant, bar, and events spaces. Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming and seating guests in a warm and professional manner
  • Taking food and drink orders accurately
  • Serving food and beverages to a high standard
  • Preparing and maintaining the bar area
  • Setting up and clearing tables
  • Assisting with private dining, weddings, and events
  • Maintaining cleanliness and health & safety standards
  • Handling guest queries and ensuring an excellent customer experience
