We are seeking a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor and Food & Beverage Assistants to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering outstanding guest experiences across our award‑winning outlets.
Responsibilities
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Oversee daily setup, service, and breakdown in the restaurants and bar
- Maintain impeccable presentation, hygiene, and compliance with health & safety regulations
- Assist with stock management, inventory control, and minimising wastage
- Handle guest enquiries and feedback professionally, striving for excellence in every interaction
- Support the Food & Beverage Management team in rostering, events, and special functions
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous supervisory experience in a high‑quality hotel or restaurant environment (fine dining experience is highly desirable)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team
- Excellent knowledge of food, wine, and beverages, with a passion for Scottish produce and hospitality
- Outstanding communication and organisational skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction
