Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.

  • Manage shift schedules to ensure adequate staffing and smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality setting.

  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
