Duty Manager
Join our team at a prestigious luxury hotel and spa as a Duty Manager, where youβll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences at a renowned hospitality destination.
Key Responsibilities:
β Oversee daily operations across various departments, ensuring seamless service and high standards.
β Lead, motivate, and support staff to maintain a professional and welcoming environment.
β Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure outstanding satisfaction.
β Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
β Work with department heads to optimize operations and enhance guest experiences.
β Manage shift schedules to ensure adequate staffing and smooth operations.
Requirements:
β Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality setting.
β Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire a diverse team.
β Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to guest service.
β Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
β Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
β Knowledge of hotel operations including Opera and industry best practices.

β Competitive salary of Β£34,200 per annum, plus approximately Β£3,600 in tronc.
