We are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen team in the heart of Aviemore. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast‑paced, high‑quality hospitality environment surrounded by the stunning scenery of the Cairngorms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of a designated section of the kitchen
  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard
  • Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
  • Maintain high levels of food hygiene and safety in line with regulations
  • Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
  • Help train and mentor junior kitchen staff

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis Chef ready to step up
  • A passion for fresh, high‑quality food and seasonal ingredients
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a busy service
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
