What You'll Do
- Lead, inspire, and develop our bar team to deliver warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service
- Oversee daily bar operations, stock management, and impeccable presentation
- Craft and serve exceptional drinks, from classic cocktails to expert whisky recommendations
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws and the highest standards of health & safety
- Contribute to creating unforgettable guest moments — whether for hotel residents, day visitors, or adventurers fresh from the hills

- Proven supervisory experience in a busy bar, hotel, or high-end venue
- Deep knowledge of spirits (especially whisky!), cocktails, and premium beverages
